Washington Sundar replaces Deepak Chahar in India's ODI team for series against South Africa - Thelocalreport.in

Ranchi, Oct 8 The All India Senior Choice Committee on Saturday named all-rounder Washington Sundar instead of all-rounder Deepak Chahar for the rest of the ODI collection towards South Africa.

Chahar had a stiff again after the third and remaining T20I towards South Africa in Indore and was not included in India’s enjoying XI on the first ODI in Lucknow. He’ll now return to the Nationwide Cricket Academy (NCA) and might be monitored by the medical group.

India will play the second ODI on October 9, 2022 in Ranchi and can play the ultimate ODI of the collection in New Delhi on October 11, 2022.

India ODI Squad: Shikhar Dhawan (Captain), Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shubman Gill, Shreyas Iyer (Vice-Captain), Rajat Patidar, Rahul Tripathi, Ishan Kishan (Goalkeeper), Sanju Samson (Goalkeeper), Shahbaz Ahmed, Shardul Thakur, Kuldeep Yadav, Ravi Bishnoi, Mukesh Kumar, Avesh Khan, Mohammed Siraj, Washington Sundar.
